Good luck Flapper's boys!
Ley Hill's Firsts have had a challenging first season back in the Mid Bucks Premier, but now have an excellent chance to make safe their rightful place in the top flight. This Saturday Flapper's boys face a difficult-looking trip to Broomwade; they must not let rivals Cadmore End make up seven points on the Hill from their trip to The Lee.
Messages

Flapper and the boys, take heart from the
British athletes in Athens and do a Kelly rather than a Paula and don't give up
until the end. Best of luck.

Club Secretary, Little Gaddesden Cricket Club
This message is for all the valiant
fighters of LHCC from all of us at Little Gadd.
As a result of us playing like a
bunch of spanners at Holmer Green we really need your assistance this coming
weekend against those charming proponents of fairplay - Broomwade. Allowing for
us having shot ourselves in the foot, Ballinger did all that could be hoped by
getting a losing draw against Broomwade on Saturday. We really hope that you can
go at least one better and score a resounding victory for respecting the rules
and cricket!
With only one point between us and
Broomwade, we will be doing everything possible against Ballinger. There could
be liquid compensation - who knows??!!

Firsts' captain and corporate banker, Aylesbury
Come on the Hill! Let's put a performance
together that we can all be proud of. We are all capable of turning it on so
let's all pull together and finish the season with something to remember. Beers
on me if we stay up! What more inspiration do you need!
Tom Holman, publishing journalist, Wimbledon

and all those we have known and lost over the years.
Will Holman,

This has been a difficult season, but we have
shown in patches that we are an excellent side who just need to pull things
together when it matters. Saturday can be the start of something magical. Every
point counts!
