1st/2nd September is great weekend for achievements

• Craig Ottaway scored 51 runs against Peppard Stoke Row and has now taken more than
40 wickets this season.
• Jon Lown has passed the 800 run mark for this season and has now scored over 24,000
runs for Ley Hill
• Brad Norton has now scored more than 600 runs this season
• Callum Wilson has scored over 2,000 runs for Ley Hill in his career with us
• Craig Peterson made the highest score of the season (so far) with 240 on Sunday. This
takes him to over 1,100 runs this season and over 11,000 runs in his Ley Hill career
• Craig Peterson and James Lagdon set a new record for the 4th Wicket Partnership on
Sunday of 186 (the previous record was 183 held by Peterson and James Lyne)
• The combined scores of Sunday’s match v Redbourn is a new record of 751 runs (the
previous record was 614 by the Sunday League XI and Hemel 2nds)
